Order fulfilment

Orders placed in our online store are processed in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Orders carried out by means of delivery to a selected place are implemented
during working days by professional carriers:

2. GeisPoint Sosnowiec-Pieńki 7, 95-010 Stryków,
3. DPD Polska, ul. Mineralna 15, 02-274 Warsaw,

. Orders to be collected personally by the recipient are fulfilled at our headquarters on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In cases where the products are to be collected personally, they shall be delivered to the carrier or to the store on the date specified in the product card. If no such information is provided, the goods shall be released immediately and typically within 5 working days. The time of delivery should be increased by the time of delivery to the carrier or to the store's registered office, which is carried out by the carrier within a maximum of 3 working days.

1. -from the date of our crediting of the amount due -if you have chosen the prepayment method; -from the time we send you
2. an order processing acceptance confirmation – if you have chosen a different method of payment upon delivery.

Business days shall be construed as days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
