Discount policy

We offer discounts to our customers for one-time purchases or regular discounts depending on the amount of purchases made during the year.

Discount for one-time purchases

One-time discount is calculated on the value of the completed order according to the net wholesale prices before the discount. The amount of one-time discount is determined based on the following criteria:

• 3% for the purchases below PLN1,500 net
• 5% for the purchases over PLN 5,000 net
• 10% for the purchases over PLN 10,000 net
• 15% for the purchases over PLN15,000 net

Regular discount

Regular discounts are offered for the customers who make regular pruchases. The amount of the discount is calculated based on the total value of the purchases made in the last 6 months according to net wholesale prices before the discount. The amount of the regular discount is determined based on the following criteria:

• 3% for the purchases over PLN10,000 net value in 6 months
• 5% for the purchases over PLN25,000 net value in 6 months
• 10% for the purchases over PLN 50,000 net value in 6 months
• 15% for purchases over PLN100,000 net value in 6 months

If both discount are applicable, the more favourable is given to the Customer.

Free delivery

For all orders over PLN 10,000 net we offer free delivery in Poland.

Outlet prices

End-of-season and shop-soiled prodcuts are sold at special outlet prices. Outlet prices are the same for wholesale and retail and are not subject to further discounts.
